Terms & Conditions — 99pak User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and 99pak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the 99pak platform — including the website, mobile-optimised interface, sportsbook, casino lobby, cashier, and any related services — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 99pak platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 99pak Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 99pak and are incorporated herein by reference.

The 99pak platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to register and maintain an active account:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with 99pak or with any other licensed gaming operator, that would prohibit your participation.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

99pak strictly prohibits access by minors. If 99pak has reason to believe that a registered member is below the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any deposits made may be returned minus costs reasonably incurred by 99pak in connection with the account.

To access 99pak's betting and casino services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

One account per person is the absolute rule at 99pak. Each individual may hold only one registered account. A single household, device, IP address, or payment method being used for multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99pak reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed through those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 99pak support immediately via live chat or the support email.

All monetary transactions on 99pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are processed in USDT and converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 99pak does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Supported deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change at 99pak's discretion.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals requested during Pakistani banking hours on business days are typically processed fastest for bank transfer methods.
• 99pak reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its AML and fraud prevention obligations.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be removed from your balance prior to withdrawal processing.

99pak offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between promotional-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms take precedence for that specific offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 99pak promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and become part of your withdrawable balance only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games or markets count towards the wagering requirement. Contribution percentages by game type are listed in the applicable promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• 99pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, specified in the promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.

All casino games available on the 99pak platform are provided by third-party licensed game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 99pak does not determine game outcomes — all casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems subject to independent third-party testing and auditing under the platform's international gaming licence.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and other markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Member.
• 99pak reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• In-play bets are subject to network latency. 99pak will endeavour to honour in-play bets placed prior to a relevant match event occurring, but bets placed after an event has occurred (even if the live odds had not yet updated) may be voided.
• Where a market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or human error, 99pak reserves the right to re-settle the market at the correct result. This may result in winnings being adjusted or reclaimed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
• Matched betting, arbitrage betting, and use of any automated betting systems or bots are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

99pak casino table games include live dealer roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar, and various game shows. Slot titles and RNG table games are also available in the 99pak casino lobby. All games are subject to the house edge inherent in each game type, which is disclosed within each game's information panel.

99pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform recognises that gambling can become harmful for a minority of users, and it is the obligation of 99pak — and every licensed operator — to provide accessible tools that allow members to manage their play behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available on every 99pak account and can be activated directly from your account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on deposits to your 99pak account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time within a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a full account access block for a defined minimum period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window. All marketing communications cease immediately upon self-exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99pak platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and any winnings voided:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus abuse intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds derived from illegal sources to make deposits.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 99pak platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error — including intentionally playing through an error in a game's payout logic.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards 99pak staff.

99pak employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Suspicious activity is flagged and investigated. 99pak cooperates with relevant authorities and may be required to share member information in connection with fraud investigations.

99pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or court order / regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member, 99pak will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC being complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 99pak support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Voluntary closure does not entitle the Member to any bonus funds that have not been earned through completed wagering requirements.

All content on the 99pak platform — including but not limited to the 99pak brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 99pak or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any 99pak content without prior written consent.
• Use of the 99pak name, logo, or brand assets in any third-party context without explicit authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of any data from the 99pak platform.
• Creation of derivative works based on 99pak platform content or design.

All rights not expressly granted to Members under these Terms are reserved by 99pak.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99pak and its directors, employees, affiliates, game suppliers, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game software provided by third-party licensed suppliers, where 99pak has acted in good faith in offering those games.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 99pak's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

99pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — meaning changes that substantively affect your rights or obligations as a Member — 99pak will notify registered members via email to the address on file, via a platform notification upon next login, or both.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or changes that are more favourable to Members) may be made without advance notice, though the "Last Reviewed" date on this page will be updated to reflect the change.

Continued use of the 99pak platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure via live chat support.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at the Terms & Conditions page of the 99pak website. It is your responsibility as a Member to review these Terms periodically. 99pak recommends checking this page at the start of each PSL season or whenever you receive a notification of changes.
